Additionally, here are the pinouts for your amp in the 740:

All modular connectors use a locking mechanism that either slides (15-pin) or pivots to raise the connector.

Remember to check your polarity to avoid out of phase problems after new speakers go in.

Can anyone give me some info on the wiring for the amp in a 740il w/DSP. I am replacing all the factory speakers except those in the rear deck. I am also adding a subwoofer w/amp to fire through the rear ski hole. (Once I cut it open that is...)

Nominally I need to know the crossover freq's for the outputs on the factory amp. I also would love to get a wiring diagram w/color codes for the amp wiring harnesses.

This is a DIY job, so any help is appreciated.
