Message: Nu Finish is really heavy into solvents which yes will remove the road grime, shine an oxidized car, and make it look better but as Robert stated you need to do it once a month as the solvents will attack the paint and eventually do more damage than good.
One of the best car wax systems I have found is "ZAINO". The use a catylized wax system that makes a car look unbelievable. Clay bars will help in your initial prep, and also for periodic maintenance.
Just google "Zaino car wax" and read about the products. You can also search the archives here as there was such a discussion a year ago or so....
