| Message: | | If you bought the car from a dealer, or even private party, you have a right to expect all the parts that should come with the car. If keys are missing, then you pay minus $200, 300, whatever. In my opinion, it would be like buying a used car and the carpets were gone or the gas tank was missing.
Time to rant and rave: This car is only 4 years old and was a very expensive machine when it was new. Presumably, fairly successful or at least wealthy people bought this car. What the cr#p did the previous owner do with the keys? It's so difficult for people who buy something for $40,000+ to keep thing like keys in a metal box in their desk? Is car ownership some form of rocket science for Americans? No wonder so many used cars, even almost new ones, look like they slipped way down the food chain.
Thanks for reading and good luck with your new car.
