Message: Will the Bridgestones listed handle better then the Michelins? Or is it the difference between the touring tire and high performance tire?

Can better grip on the road cause the AWD to be more apparent? Would that be the reason why the car feels like it's pulling in different directions when going over bumpy parts of the highway? I now know in which direction the car will pull on certain sections of my highway drive.
