Message: When I lock/unlock from driver side or trunk, passenger side does not lock/unlock (rarely it works Ok).

When I lock/unlock from passenger side, driver side and trunk lock/unlock (but not 100% of the time).

The intermittent behavior makes me think this is a contact problem.

How do you get at the door striker or trunk contacts to clean them?
