Assume it is just cloudy, not crack. I did mine couple weeks ago and successful. Almost like new.
You need 2 things: 1000 grit sand paper and bluemagic. I bought them at pepboys store total cost is about $7. Fisrt sand it down carefully for about 1/2 hr each side then buff it with that bluemagic for another 1/2 hr then wash it. Done. It looks as new.

: I originally thought it was the back side of the plastic but I now think it is the outside. How can I clean w/o damaging the plastic?
