... I'll know either way when I am done and re-measure the ride height with the new springs/shocks. The rear height can be adjusted using different thickness rubber spring pads. My car has gained some weight with the rollbar, strut brace, SC and such.

I don't think any of the aftermarket springs take into consideration the different vehicle weights, do they?
